...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 8 PM THIS EVENING TO 9 AM
EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures of 21 to 30 degrees are expected
  tonight.

* WHERE...All of central North Carolina.

* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

To prevent water pipes from freezing, wrap, drain, or allow them to
drip slowly.
