...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN WAYNE COUNTY
THROUGH 930 PM EST...

At 846 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Mount Olive, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Goldsboro, Mount Olive, Walnut Creek, Seven Springs, Brogden, Cliffs
Of The Neuse State Park, and Elroy.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
