...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EST THIS
MORNING...

* WHAT...Areas of black ice and freezing fog.

* WHERE...Northwest portions of central North Carolina, including
  Person, Granville, Vance, Forsyth, Guilford, Alamance, Orange, and
  Durham counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Untreated roads, and especially bridges and overpasses,
  may become slick and hazardous. Fog may reduce visibilities to
  less than a half mile through the morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
slippery, increasing your risk of a fall and injury.
