...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible due
  to thunderstorms.

* WHERE...Portions of California, including the following areas,
  Greater Lake Tahoe Area, Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra
  Counties and Mono County and western Nevada, including the
  following areas, Greater Lake Tahoe Area, Greater Reno-Carson
  City-Minden Area and Mineral and Southern Lyon Counties.

* WHEN...Until 10 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  This includes the Davis, Conner, Bear, Mill, Inn, and Tamarack
  burn scars. Flooding may also occur in poor drainage and urban
  areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rainfall over the last several days has saturated the
    ground within the region allowing for additional rainfall
    today to cause flash flooding.
