THIS EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY FOR PARTS OF THE
EASTERN SIERRA AND MUCH OF WESTERN NEVADA...

.DISCUSSION...

Gusty winds up to 45 mph and low humidity of 5-15% will yield
increased fire weather concerns this afternoon and evening, and
again toward the end of this week. There`s also a 5-10% chance for
showers or thunderstorms near the Oregon border this afternoon.
After a brief warmup for midweek, increased winds return Thursday
through Saturday, with notable cooling likely next weekend.
