.DISCUSSION...
Shower and thunderstorm will decrease today through Friday.
These storms still have the capability of dry lightning
outside the rain cores. However, the primary concerns will be
locally heavy rain and strong outflow winds. By the weekend,
a cooler, but breezy pattern will return to the region. This
could lead to isolated elevated fire weather concerns over the
mountain ridges, northeast CA, and northwest NV.
