.DISCUSSION...
A 5-15% chance for isolated showers and thunderstorms continue over
the Sierra the next 2 days. The main areas affected will be Mono,
Alpine and vicinity. Otherwise, warm and dry conditions along with
generally poor overnight recoveries persist into early next week.
The potential of dry thunderstorms leading to new lightning ignitions
remains through the foreseeable future near any storm.
Note: Thunderstorms imply gusty and erratic winds.
