Isolated to scattered showers and storms will develop by the afternoon and continue into the evening. Storms will be capable of dry lightning, gusty outflow winds, and brief periods of moderate to heavy rainfall. The highest chances for critical fire weather conditions due to dry lightning will be in northeast CA and northern Washoe County. Shower and thunderstorm activity will persist through much of the week but decreases to around 30% or less Wednesday into the weekend.
