.DISCUSSION...
Warm and dry conditions today, with a slight chance of storms in the
eastern Sierra (around 10% or less). Poor RH recovery through
valleys overnight tonight. Isolated to scattered showers and storms
developing on Tuesday, which may produce dry lightning, gusty
outflow winds and brief periods of moderate to heavy rain. Critical
fire weather conditions through northern parts of the area due to
the risk of dry lightning. Shower and thunderstorm activity persists
through much of the week but decreases to around 20% or less from
Wednesday.
