.DISCUSSION...
Warm and dry conditions with light winds prevail through most of the
weekend. Overnight RH recoveries continue to be moderate to poor. A
weak upper level system Sunday evening brings very low (5%) chances
for rain over the Sierra and northeast CA. Winds will be slightly
stronger Sunday into Monday too. Otherwise, warm and dry weather
continues through the next week.
