.DISCUSSION...
Dry and warm conditions along with morning valley inversions continue
through today. Gusty winds from the southwest return today, especially
over the Sierra and western NV mountains. These gusts along with low
humidity values in the lower elevations of Mono result in brief
elevated fire conditions this afternoon. Active weather continues
tomorrow through the weekend with cooler temperatures, gusty winds,
valley rain and Sierra snow.
