Warm afternoons with poor recoveries each night are expected through
Thursday. Typical breezes up to 20 mph prevail until late this week.
Winds start increasing by Thursday with the strongest gusts
potentially on Friday to 30-35 mph for northern NV and CA. Rain and
storm chances return as early as Thursday for Mono and the NV Basin
and Range.
