Warm and dry conditions with generally poor overnight recoveries
continue today. Tuesday has the best chances for fast-moving thunderstorms
capable of producing dry lightning, gusty outflow winds and brief
periods of moderate to heavy rain. Storm chances persist through
most of the week, but remain mostly below 20%. Potential for gusty
winds return this weekend for the mountains, far NW NV and NE CA.
