will be from the west gusting to 35 mph, then turn to the northwest
with min RH 10-20%. There is also a 5-10% chance of showers and
thunderstorms between 3-7 PM. Temperatures heat up through Thursday.
Then gusty winds and low humidity return Thursday through Saturday
resulting in widespread elevated to critical conditions.
