Light winds, dry conditions, temperatures ~10 degrees above
normal, and valley inversions with poor mixing/ventilation
continue through Friday. Expect ridgetop gusts up to 45 mph today
as a weak system passes to the north. The next weather system
arrives Saturday, which will bring light rain (10-15% chance)
along the OR border, a cooling trend, and increased ridgetop
winds.
