High pressure brings dry conditions, lighter winds, and gradual
warming. Ventilation and mixing will remain limited due to the
development of inversions. Poor humidity recoveries expected along
mid to upper slopes. A weak cold front late this week may improve
mixing, with breezy winds and a low chance of snow showers.
