Stormy weather will bring periods of valley rain and mountain
snow to the Sierra and western Nevada through midday today. The
main concerns today will be rain and snow above 8 to 10 kft over
the Sierra, NE CA and western NV. After a lull in the
precipitation this afternoon into early Saturday, there will be
another round of wetting rains in the valleys and mountain snow
through the weekend.
