Generally, warm and dry conditions along with poor overnight
recoveries persist into early next week. There is less than a 5%
chance for storms. However, if there are storms the potential of
dry thunderstorms leading to new lightning ignitions remains
through the foreseeable future.

A 5-15% chance for isolated showers and thunderstorms continue over
the Sierra the next 2 days. The main areas affected will be Mono,
Alpine and vicinity. Otherwise, warm and dry conditions along with
poor overnight recoveries persist into early next week. The potential
of dry thunderstorms leading to new lightning ignitions remains
through the foreseeable future near any storm.
