  less than 5% tomorrow.

* Strong and erratic thunderstorm outflow gusts will be the main
  concern today, with brief, heavy rainfall possible from stronger
  storms that develop.

* Increased W/SW breezes with low daytime RH values today and
  tomorrow will bring elevated fire weather conditions.

                    chance of showers and thunderstorms in the
