RAIN FROM THUNDERSTORMS...

.DISCUSSION...

* Thunderstorms producing brief heavy rain will renew flash flooding
  potential this afternoon. Storms are also capable of gusty, erratic
  winds, accumulating small hail, and frequent lightning.

* A drying trend begins after today, but low chances of showers and
  isolated thunderstorms return each afternoon through the weekend.

* Otherwise, below normal temperatures and very good nighttime
  recoveries prevails into next week.

.TODAY...

Sky/Weather.........10% chance of showers and thunderstorms through
                    the late morning, increasing to 30-60% after 1200
                    hours local. Otherwise, partly to mostly cloudy.
Temperature.........54-57 at forecast start...Max 66-69.
RH..................65-70% at forecast start...Min 50-55%.
20-Foot Winds.......Winds east at 4-8 mph at forecast start, becoming
                    northwest 6-10 mph in the afternoon. Gusty and
                    erratic wind gusts up to 45 mph expected near
                    thunderstorms.
Chance of thunder...15% increasing to 40% after 1200 hours local.
Transport Winds.....Light winds becoming south around 10 mph in the
                    afternoon.
