inversions can be expected through Wednesday.
* Dry conditions are forecast through most of Wednesday until a ~30%
chance of a rain/snow mix begins during the late night hours.
* While light winds persist into Thursday, light snow chances
increase to around 80-85% starting in the early morning hours
that continue into Friday. Snow levels transition from 6-6.5kft
in the early morning to 5.5-6kft by the late morning.
