.DISCUSSION...

* Temperatures will warm to near record levels Tuesday and
  Wednesday with poor recoveries. Storm chances remain low
  and less than 10% with a few afternoon buildups.

* Generally light terrain-driven winds, except for some
  increased gusts each afternoon.

* A trough will bring breezy winds and cooler temperatures
  Friday into the weekend. Outside of a 10-15% chance for storms
  Thursday ahead of this trough, dry conditions will persist.
