* WHAT...Low temperatures in the mid 60s to 70 degrees resulting in
  widespread moderate HeatRisk this morning.

* WHERE...Western Nevada Basin and Range including Pyramid Lake and
  Mineral and Southern Lyon Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM PDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  heat events, particularly for those working or participating in
  outdoor activities.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
