...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN CHURCHILL AND SOUTH
CENTRAL PERSHING COUNTIES THROUGH 630 PM PDT...

At 539 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles southwest of Lovelock, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and torrential rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Heavy rain could create localized flooding and ponding of
         water on I-80 between Trinity Junction and Lovelock.

Locations impacted include...
Lovelock, Lovelock Derby Field Airport, Junction I 80 And Nv 396/857
(exit 112), Trinity Peak, and Toulon Peak.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
