across the dispatch area today and tonight. RH values this
afternoon will remain above critical values, however RH recovery
tonight will be fair in zones 414, 415 and 416.

Dry conditions and light winds (10 mph or less) will continue
across the dispatch area today and tonight. Critical RH values
will occur in zones 275, 282 and 283 this afternoon. RH recovery
will also be fair tonight across the Bighorn Basin, including 287,
as well as in the lower elevations of 288. There is a 20-30%
chance for virga showers over zones 286 and 288 through the
afternoon. A downsloping easterly wind will develop over zone 285
after sunset, producing wind gusts up to 30 mph through 0200
Tuesday morning.
