The only possible convection would be an isolated afternoon shower
or thunderstorm in Zone 416, but the chance is only 1 out of 6.
Relative humidity will fall into the teens across many of the
lower elevations. However, wind should remain light to moderate.
Mixing and smoke dispersal will be generally good to very good
in the afternoon.
