Light southerly winds this afternoon with occasional 20mph gusts
across higher terrain. Showers and isolated thunderstorm chances
increase around 1500L and continue through Saturday night.
Heavy rainfall producing isolated (up to 15 percent chance) flash
flooding, including over higher terrain and recent burn scars, is
possible beginning Saturday morning across the dispatch area. Breezy
winds expected ahead of a strong cold front Saturday afternoon. The
cold front is expected to transition rain to snow with high
elevations seeing snow accumulation Saturday night.

South to southwesterly winds with occasional gusts up to 30mph are
expected across higher terrain areas through the overnight hours.
Isolated rain showers are possible through 1800L, mainly across
Zones 285, 286 and 288. Showers could linger overnight across higher
elevations of Zone 288. Winds increase Saturday afternoon ahead of a
cold front with frequent 20-30mph gusts. Shower and thunderstorm
chances increase across Zones 286, 288, and 289 Saturday morning
with the potential for heavy rainfall producing isolated (up to 15
percent chance) flash flooding. Shower chances push east across all
zones Saturday evening along the cold front.

Southwest 10-20mph winds with frequent 30-40mph gusts expected this
afternoon and overnight across the Wind Corridor. Isolated to
widely scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible across the
dispatch area through 1800L today. Rain potential continues
overnight across southern zones. Rain chances expand across all
zones ahead and along a cold front Saturday. Heavy rainfall
producing isolated (up to 15 percent chance) flash flooding is
possible Saturday, mainly across Zones 277 and 279. Beginning
Saturday afternoon, southwest winds increase with 30-50mph gusts
across the entire dispatch area ahead of the strong cold front.
