Monday will be warmer with lower minimum relative humidity as drier
air filters into the state from the Great Basin. When combined with
increasing westerly wind ahead of a weak disturbance, conditions
across Zones 414 and 416 are expected to reach critical thresholds.
Therefore, a Red Flag Warning is in effect from 1200 to 2000 Monday
for these zones. A few showers and storms return to the northwest
mountains Monday, mainly Zones 140 and 415, as the disturbance clips
the district.
