.DISCUSSION...

Mostly sunny skies and warmer than average temperatures in the mid
50s for the rest of this afternoon and evening. Minimum relative
humidity values around 35 percent with good recovery overnight.
West winds 10 to 15 mph becoming less than 10 mph towards sunset
after 1900 and through the rest of the overnight hours. As such,
mixing and smoke dispersal will go from fair to poor after that
point and remain through Friday morning. Increasing winds Friday
afternoon after 1400 with west gusts up to 25 mph expected. Smoke
dispersal and mixing will be very good at that point. Temperatures
about 2 to 5 degrees warmer Friday afternoon, dropping minimum
relative humidity values down to 25 to 30 percent. Good recovery
once again overnight Friday under mainly clear skies and
diminishing winds once again after sunset.
