Cooler with slightly higher relative humidity today compared to
Tuesday. Winds increase from the west to above 10 mph after 0900L
with gusts between 20-30 mph beginning around 1100L and continuing
through 2000L. Mixing and smoke dispersal will generally be very
good to excellent between 1200L and 1800L. No precipitation
chances today. Slightly warmer with more unstable conditions is
forecast Thursday.
