.DISCUSSION...
Clear skies and light winds will be in place to start the morning.
Clouds will develop on the east side of the Bighorns through the
afternoon. There is a 10 to 20% chance for a stray shower to move
over the site between 1700 and 2200. Strong outflow winds will
again be the main threat, with gusts of 50 to 55 mph. Skies will
remain partly cloudy from dissipating convection through the
evening. Conditions are expected to remain dry Monday, with any
storms expected to stay to the north of the site in the afternoon
and evening.
