.DISCUSSION...

Low clouds/fog will be in place through at least 0900, with clouds
lifting/scattering out by 1000. Showers (and possibly a
thunderstorm) will become possible after 1300, with the greatest
confidence of 20 to 40% occurring between 1500 and 2000). Brief
heavy rain will remain possible as the air will remain very moist
Sunday, but confidence is low. Low clouds will return with the
chances for rain and linger after 2000. These clouds will
gradually scatter out through the overnight hours Sunday night,
with partly cloudy skies expected by sunrise Monday morning.
Freezing temperatures will be possible during this time as well.
Dry conditions will return Monday, with winds turning
southwesterly 10-15 mph after 1300.
