.DISCUSSION...
Skies will remain mostly clear through the day, with only some
high cirrus moving in late this afternoon. Winds will remain light
and terrain influenced until around 1000, when general west winds
take over. Winds gusts will again reach around 20 mph for most of
the afternoon, before decreasing after 1900. Humidity only
recovered to around 40 percent overnight, and will quickly fall
back to 20 to 25 percent by 1200. Gusty winds and high mixing
heights will bring excellent smoke dispersal for the afternoon.
Skies will again be mostly clear on Thursday, with no precip
expected. Winds will be gustier on Thursday, with frequent gusts
20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Humidity will be slightly
increased, but will still fall to around 30 percent.
