.DISCUSSION...

Lingering moisture across western WY overnight may bring light
showers to the area early Tuesday morning, but skies will be
clearing by early afternoon as a disturbance moves to the east.
Brisk west-northwest winds will follow Tuesday afternoon with
mostly clear skies. High pressure then develops over the area from
mid-day Wednesday through Friday. Higher temperatures with lower
humidities can be expected Thursday and Friday with gusty
southwest winds each afternoon and early evening.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (40-60 percent) becoming mostly
                    sunny (20-30 percent) after 1200. Isolated rain
                    showers (10 percent) before 0900.
