Cloud cover will be intermittent through the morning and increase
during the afternoon and evening. Conditions are forecast to remain
dry today; however, a few snow flurries cannot be completely ruled
out. Breezy westerly winds are expected over the next 24 to 30 hours
with gusts generally around 20 to 25 mph. Occasional gusts up to 35
mph cannot be ruled out, especially Friday. Mixing heights and smoke
dispersal will be poor today. Snow shower chances increase on Friday.
