.DISCUSSION...
Winds will be turning northerly shortly after 2000L behind a cold
frontal passage. Relatively light winds less than 10 to 15 mph
will pick up through about midnight gusting up to 20 to 25 mph
before diminishing once again towards sunrise Wednesday morning.
Chances for light snow showers increase with the cold front
overnight (60-70% coverage). Snow accumulations likely in the 1
to 2 inch range (50-60%) by 0800 to 0900L.
There after, chances diminish quickly as skies improve to partly
cloudy to mostly clear after noon and into the afternoon through
evening hours. Winds remain northeasterly Wednesday morning
becoming westerly after noon as well remaining less than 10 to 15
mph for the remainder of daylight. Stronger southwesterly winds
expected overnight after midnight into Thursday morning with gusts
up to 25 to 35 mph possible.
