.DISCUSSION...
Conditions are expected to remain dry today and tonight. There is
a line of light showers with isolated lightning extending from
Hoback Junction to the Salt/Wyoming Ranges this morning. This line
is expected to dissipate and not impact the site by 0900. Clouds
continue to linger along the higher elevations of the Wind River
Mountains this morning and will begin to scatter out after 1200
with clear skies by 1500. West to southwest winds will increase
after sunrise, with gusts of 30 to 35 mph expected by 1200. These
winds will begin to decrease after 1800, turning more
northwesterly and becoming light (10 mph or less) by 2200.
