.DISCUSSION...
Cloud cover will increase early Monday morning as a weather system
passes through. Winds will remain light and variable through the morning.
Beginning around 1200 to 1300 Monday, slight chances of showers and
isolated thunderstorms will be possible, generally less than 20% chances.
Most likely chances for showers and thunderstorms will be between 1400
and 1700 Monday afternoon. Westerly winds will increase during the
afternoon as well, sustained at 12 to 18 mph with gusts to around 25
mph. Winds will diminish to around 5 to 10 mph overnight, but remain
primarily from the west. Another round of rain showers will be possible
between 0100 and 0400 Tuesday morning. Wetting rain chances will be
near zero Monday and Monday night, as these showers and thunderstorms
will not carry much moisture with them.
Near critical RHs will continue to exist Monday with hot temperatures.
Tuesday will see RHs that are wetter, as well as cooler temperatures,
but gusty west to northwest winds will again be possible Tuesday afternoon
with very few rain or thunderstorm chances. Hot and dry with afternoon
breezy winds will continue to be the story through the end of the week.
