.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions and mostly clear skies will continue through the
rest of tonight and into Thursday. Northerly winds will gradually
turn northwesterly for the next few hours and become west-
southwest by 0100. Winds will stay light, 10 mph or less through
the rest of the night. Winds will increase to 10 to 15 mph after
sunrise, turning northwesterly after 1500. Clouds increase after
1800, remaining partly cloudy through the rest of the night. Winds
will briefly turn northerly by 1800, becoming light (10 mph or
less) again. Winds will turning northwesterly again after 2100 and
west-southwest after 0100 Friday.
