...Thunderstorms imply strong gusty and erratic winds...
High pressure will bring a dry day today with some increase in mid to
high clouds through the day. Wind should be mainly light and terrain
driven. Mixing and smoke dispersal will be generally poor in the
morning and then become fair after 1300 as inversions lift. Moisture
will gradually deeper through the night with more cloud cover on Friday.
There is a small chance of a shower after 1400 on Friday but the chance
is only around 10 percent. A better chance of showers moves in Saturday
and especially on Sunday.
