            Police Department showing ongoing flooding
            with muddy water over 1 ft deep flowing over
            C Ave in East Thermopolis, as the usually
            narrow and dry Warm Springs Creek overflowed
            its banks. Multiple residences along the
            Warm Springs Creek channel affected by
            quickly moving and dirty water.
