including the following counties, Morgan and Washington and West
Virginia, including the following counties, Barbour, Doddridge,
Harrison, Lewis, Pleasants, Ritchie, Taylor, Tyler, Upshur and Wood.

While flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat, please
continue to heed any remaining road closures.
