...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM NOON EDT TODAY THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast, southeast, and southern West
Virginia, including the following counties, in northeast West
Virginia, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Southeast Randolph
and Southeast Webster. In southeast West Virginia, Northwest
Fayette, Northwest Nicholas, Northwest Raleigh, Southeast Fayette,
Southeast Nicholas and Southeast Raleigh. In southern West
Virginia, McDowell and Wyoming.
* WHEN...From noon EDT today through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers and thunderstorms with heavy downpours are anticipated to
affect the area this afternoon and evening.

including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson OH,
Lawrence OH, Meigs, Morgan, Perry, Vinton and Washington, and West
Virginia, including the following counties, Barbour, Boone,
Braxton, Cabell, Calhoun, Clay, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison,
Jackson WV, Kanawha, Lewis, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, Mingo,
Pleasants, Putnam, Ritchie, Roane, Taylor, Tyler, Upshur, Wayne,
Wirt and Wood.
