...FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR NORTHWESTERN BOONE, SOUTHERN CABELL,
KANAWHA, LINCOLN, SOUTHWESTERN CLAY, SOUTHWESTERN PUTNAM AND
NORTHEASTERN WAYNE COUNTIES HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A FLOOD WARNING...

While the threat for heavy rainfall and flash flooding has ended,
areas of high water may exist across portions of the warned area from
prior heavy rainfall this morning. Creeks and streams will continue
to rise due to the excess runoff of water, with flooding imminent or
occurring.
