The Flood Warning will expire at 330 PM EDT this afternoon for a
portion of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens,
Morgan, Perry and Washington.

The heavy rain threat has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to
pose a significant risk to life and property. Please continue to heed
all remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT Wednesday for
portions of southeast Ohio and West Virginia...
