A cold front brings showers and possible thunderstorms into the area
through this afternoon and into the evening. While the front pushes
south of the area this weekend, a chance of rain may persist over
southern West Virginia and southwest Virginia. Cooler and quieter
weather then sets in for the new work week as high pressure settles
in.
