.DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and perhaps a few thunderstorms may develop this
afternoon across the southern and eastern portions of the forecast
area. Severe weather nor flash flooding are expected with any of the
afternoon storms. Rain chances will end at sunset tonight, with
valley fog expected to form late tonight into Saturday morning
across the region. Dry and warm weather Saturday will give way to
the return of unsettled weather late Saturday night and into early
next week as the front lifts back north across the area and lingers
nearby, bringing a return of daily chances for showers and storms.
