.DISCUSSION...
Early fall weather will continue into the start of September under
the helm of nearby high pressure. Most locations will remain dry,
although a shower or thunderstorm is possible in the West Virginia
mountains through this evening.
The next chance for widespread precipitation is expected to arrive
by the middle of next week with a series of cold fronts. The first
front is forecast to cross Thursday into Friday bringing the active
weather, followed by a secondary front and cooler temperatures for
next weekend.
