Corrects previous flash flood report from
Anmoore. Property in the 3100 block of
Philippi Pike is flooded. Neighbors lost
porch and their basement is flooded.
Correction is for an update shortly
thereafter stating the water causing this
flooding was due to a busted pipe up the
street.
