...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN RANDOLPH COUNTY
THROUGH 800 PM EDT...

At 724 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles east of Elkins, moving north at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. In addition, very heavy downpours
         are possible.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Montrose, Harman, Pheasant Run, Bowden, and Dryfork.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Charleston West Virginia.
