NORTHEASTERN PUTNAM...NORTH CENTRAL KANAWHA...NORTHWESTERN ROANE AND
JACKSON COUNTIES THROUGH 615 PM EDT...

At 522 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Winfield, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Ripley, Spencer, Winfield, Eleanor, Buffalo, Poca, Sandyville, Kenna,
Bancroft, Statts Mills, Harmony, Given, Southside, Kentuck, Liberty,
Grimms Landing, Evans, Leroy, Fairplain, and Gay.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 116 and 141.
 Interstate 64 in West Virginia near mile marker 43.
