ROANE AND JACKSON COUNTIES THROUGH 930 PM EDT...

At 903 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms near Sandyville, or 10 miles northeast of Ripley,
moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Ripley, Spencer, Elizabeth, Sandyville, Reedy, Mount Alto, Statts
Mills, Cherry, Peewee, Harmony, Given, Kentuck, Walton, Palestine,
Cottageville, Lucille, Evans, Morristown, Creston, and Annamoriah.

This includes Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 126
and 149.
